Du stellst die richtigen Fragen, verstehst technische Zusammenhänge und moderierst Workshops souverän? Dann werde Servicemanager:in in unserem erfolgreichen IT-Unternehmen! In dieser Rolle bist Du weit mehr als die zentrale Ansprechperson: Du verstehst unsere Kund:innen wirklich – namenhafte Industrieunternehmen mit komplexen Produkten – und entwickelst ihre Systeme und Prozesse aktiv weiter. Deine Aufgaben bei uns: Als Mitglied unseres engagierten Teams aus 13 Serviceprofis begleitest Du unsere langjährigen Kund:innen bei allen Fragen rund um unsere Software und sorgst für eine hervorragende Customer Experience. Du berätst zu technischen Prozessen, Vertriebsabläufen sowie Variantenvielfalt und schaffst es, auch anspruchsvolle Themen verständlich und greifbar zu machen. Durch gezieltes Nachfragen analysierst Du Anforderungen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren internen Expert:innen tragfähige Lösungen. In Workshops führst Du unsere Kund:innen strukturiert und souverän durch ihre Themen – klar, pragmatisch und auf Augenhöhe. Du übernimmst Verantwortung für „Deine“ Anwendungen und entwickelst Kundenbeziehungen aktiv weiter, statt sie nur zu verwalten. Qualifikationen: Du hast mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung, Beratung oder im Servicemanagement gesammelt. Zudem verfügst Du über ein gutes technisches Verständnis und hast Freude daran, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu verstehen. Idealerweise bringst Du einen technischen Hintergrund oder Erfahrung im Varianten- bzw. Produktmanagement mit. Kundentermine und Workshops machen Dir viel Spaß. Du trittst sicher auf und kommunizierst klar – auch wenn nicht sofort jede Antwort vorliegt. Du arbeitest organisiert sowie strukturiert und behältst auch bei mehreren Projekten den Überblick. Nicht zuletzt sprichst Du sehr gut Deutsch, kannst Dich sicher auf Englisch verständigen und reist gerne zu unseren Kund:innen.
