Pharmacist in Charge – Interim Opportunity (3-6 Months)

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to provide leadership in a 340B Pharmacy setting. The role involves stepping in as an Interim PIC when a current PIC resigns, ensuring continuity of operations and compliance with regulatory standards. This contract assignment requires onsite presence primarily in California and New York, with final location details being confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill all PIC duties including oversight of pharmacy operations, staff supervision, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to 340B program requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Manage pharmacy policies and procedures to align with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active pharmacist licenses in multiple states selected from: AK, AL, AR, CA, IA, ID, IL, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MS, NE, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, VA, and WV.
• Prior experience as a Pharmacist in Charge, preferably within 340B pharmacy environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to serve on an interim basis and flexibility to adapt to varying assignments.

Schedule:

• Days and afternoon shifts, exact hours to be specified.
