This role will primarily focus on providing remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth technology. This position offers the flexibility of a remote working environment, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space. In addition to remote sessions, our outpatient office remains available for occasional in-person meetings, team collaborations, and professional development workshops.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging, remote therapy sessions with clients, utilizing video conferencing and telehealth platforms to ensure effective communication and rapport.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and therapeutic goals of each client.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes through our electronic health record (EHR) system.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention and support strategies during urgent situations, ensuring client safety and well-being.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care, sharing insights and recommendations for cohesive treatment approaches.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards related to mental health care, including maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to licensure regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse demographic, including individuals struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. This role allows you to employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, fostering a supportive environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, accompanied by an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Experience providing therapy services in a remote capacity, demonstrating proficiency with telehealth tools and methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with clients, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with a variety of family structures and cultural backgrounds is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or emotionally focused therapy (EFT) will be beneficial.

• Demonstrated success in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
