Washington Midlevel Real Estate Associate

Job Overview We are looking for a midlevel Real Estate associate to join our Washington, DC office. The ideal candidate will have three to four years of real estate transactional and development experience, including preparation of purchase and sale agreements, real estate development documentation, title and survey review, and lender‑side finance representation. Experience in real estate joint venture, finance, leasing, planned community, condominium, manufacturing, and multi‑family development is a plus, as is experience with economic incentives. Responsibilities Draft purchase and sale agreements, real estate development documentation, and due diligence agreements for industrial, technology, and sports facility clients. Prepare and review titles, surveys, and lender‑side finance agreements. Assist with joint venture, leasing, and condominium documentation. Work closely with experienced lawyers, assuming increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Provide high‑quality client service while working independently and as part of a team. Qualifications 3–4 years of real estate transactional and development experience. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Experience in real estate joint venture, finance, leasing, planned community, condominium, manufacturing, and multi‑family development is a plus. Compensation Base Compensation $250,000 - $280,000 per year. The final salary will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on experience, expertise, business needs, and market factors.
