What You'll Do

• 
  Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, requests, and service-related issues
  
  



• 
  Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of concerns
  
  



• 
  Investigate issues, identify solutions, and follow through to completion
  
  



• 
  Monitor account activity and maintain accurate information within company systems
  
  



• 
  Complete daily and weekly reporting as needed
  
  



• 
  Support customer account management and operational processes
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with team members to meet service expectations and department goals
  
  



• 
  Assist with process improvements and special projects as assigned
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  1+ years of customer service, administrative support, account management, dispatch, logistics support, or related experience
  
  



• 
  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
  



• 
  Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  
  



• 
  Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  
  



• 
  Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  
  



• 
  Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
