Production Coordinator

Role Description

Equine Network is seeking a highly organized, calm-under-pressure Production Coordinator to support both English livestream broadcasts and educational/commercial content production. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role for someone who thrives on keeping complex projects moving, solving problems early, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Own and maintain the master production calendar for English livestream events.
• Build and distribute show schedules, call times, crew assignments, and run-of-show documents.
• Coordinate travel logistics for crew members, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Track crew invoices, expense submissions, and equipment logistics.
• Support educational and branded content productions, including clinics, instructional shoots, interviews, and storytelling projects.
• Maintain templates, checklists, and documentation to improve consistency across recurring work.
• Flag risks early and bring practical solutions to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and excellent follow-through.
• Clear, calm communication style.
• Experience managing multiple projects, schedules, and logistics at once.
• Comfort working with remote crews, contractors, and freelancers.
• Willingness to travel for live events and productions, including occasional weekends and extended hours.

Requirements

• Preferred: meaningful experience in the English riding world, such as a rider, competitor, trainer, industry professional, or committed enthusiast.
• Production experience is helpful, but not required.
