Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at LifeLine Ambulance Illinois. As an AP Clerk, you will be responsible for AP invoice entry and payments, month-end accounting entries, daily cash entries, and miscellaneous accounting reports. Job Responsibilities AP invoice entry and payments Month-end accounting entries Daily cash entries Miscellaneous accounting reports Other duties as assigned Requirements Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Must Have: Microsoft Office products, including Excel Detail-oriented and organized Familiarity with Excel and resourceful Experience in finance or AP Experience Experience with accounts payable or light accounting is preferred, and additional training will be provided.
