Business Support & Cash Management Specialist Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Business Support & Cash Management Specialist to join our Operations team providing support for cash management products, digital banking services, and operational solutions. The ideal candidate will combine operational expertise with strong client service skills, assisting customers with onboarding, troubleshooting and training. This position will play an active role in supporting and promoting our business banking solutions, including ZRent, ZEscrow, ACH services, Positive Pay, Wires, RDC and Business Online Banking. Duties and Responsibilities Business Client Support Serve as a primary support resource for business and commercial banking customers. Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and ongoing support for cash management and digital banking services. Respond to customer inquiries regarding ACH, Positive Pay, Wire’s, online banking, and related cash management services. Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate resolutions with Operations, Retail, and Commercial Banking teams. Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Operations Support Support daily Cash Management and Deposit Operations activities. Assist with adding ACH Services, ACH processing, file validation and other required responsibilities. Maintain customer profiles, entitlements, and administrative settings within online banking platforms. Perform account maintenance and service setup requests. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Qualifications Required 3+ years of banking, cash management, deposit operations, business banking support, or related financial services experience. Strong knowledge of ACH processing and electronic payment services. Experience in providing customer support for online banking platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to confidently conduct customer training sessions and product demonstrations as a backup for Cash Management Officer Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred but not required ZRent ACH Services Positive Pay Business Online Banking Platforms Cash Management or Commercial Banking Operations experience. COCC core banking system or FiServ DNA knowledge preferred Experience partnering with Commercial Lending and Business Development teams.Relationship-building and consultative communication skills Attention to detail and operational accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities Collaborative team player Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
