Training Operations Program Manager

Managing training operations remotely, the full-time salaried Training Operations Program Manager will oversee governance meetings, manage development projects and learning management system initiatives, and analyze learning metrics to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Support coordination of Governance and Community of Practice meetings, including agenda management and stakeholder communication Act as Project Manager for development and learning-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals Collect and analyze learning metrics, creating dashboards and reports to display key performance indicators Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in training operations, project management, or related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry Proficiency in LMS platforms, SharePoint, and data visualization tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and create actionable insights Experience in supporting audits and inspections is a plus
