Quality Control Inspector

QC Inspector for the Coatesville AreaThe Quality Control Inspector ensures that incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products consistently meet established quality standards. This role focuses on inspecting products, identifying non-conformances, coordinating equipment calibration, and supporting continuous improvement efforts in a manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications.Coordinate the calibration of measurement and inspection equipment, including arranging calibration services with external vendors when required.Identify, document, and report quality issues, non-conformances, and defects in a clear and accurate manner.Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.Issue Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCARs) when nonconformances are related to supplier performance and follow up to ensure resolution.Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections, test results, calibration activities, and other quality-related data.Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and management teams to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and production efficiency.Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of quality control procedures, work instructions, and documentation.Support internal and external quality audits by providing documentation, inspection records, and process information as needed.MUST HAVE ISO 9001:2015 CERTIFICATIONSMUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN QCHours: Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pmPay: $58k-$70k/year depending on experience/how you interviewBenefits: medical, dental & vision.
