Commissioning Project Coordinator - Startup & Field Ops

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator with commissioning experience to support a construction project. This role will assist with project coordination, documentation, scheduling, and turnover activities to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. This is a project-based position expected to run through August 2026. Responsibilities Support field teams with daily project coordination activities Coordinate commissioning and startup activities for mechanical & electrical Track commissioning schedules, equipment startup logs, testing procedures, and closeout documentation Assist with subcontractor coordination to schedule, hole, report/summarize, and prioritize commissioning Monitor project milestones and help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Qualifications 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or project administration Previous commissioning experience Understanding of construction processes, building systems, and project lifecycle management Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software Experience with Facility Grid software is helpful but not required Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Skills Experience with Facility Grid software is helpful but not required Expected to run through August 2026.
