Required Qualifications:

• Active Maryland SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Experience supporting school-aged children in educational settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage an independent and varied caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time speech therapy services to a school-age caseload
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports per district standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams
