GenAI Business Process Analyst
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
Job Responsibilities
- Document current-state and future-state workflows across business functions.
- Identify AI opportunities and intervention points in business processes.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user journey mapping sessions.
- Assess and prioritize AI use cases across business operations.
- Design AI-powered workflows using GenAI tools and automation concepts.
- Build and iterate AI solutions using prompt engineering and enterprise AI tools.
- Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and playbooks for scaling AI adoption.
- Translate business requirements into technical workflow and integration approaches.
- Manage and prioritize AI use case backlog from ideation to implementation.
- Train and enable team members to adopt and build AI-driven workflows.
- Define UAT test cases, acceptance criteria, and feedback loops for AI solutions.
- Measure and report AI adoption, efficiency gains, and process improvements.
- Present findings, demos, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate brainstorming and continuous improvement sessions.
Required Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, or workflow optimization.
- Strong experience in mapping complex cross-functional business processes.
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar.
- Strong understanding of AI prompting and workflow creation without coding.
- Strong ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in sales operations or enterprise business transformation initiatives.
- Strong UX-centric thinking and user-first design mindset.
- Experience driving change management and tool adoption across teams.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
