GenAI Business Process Analyst

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

Job Responsibilities

• Document current-state and future-state workflows across business functions.
• Identify AI opportunities and intervention points in business processes.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user journey mapping sessions.
• Assess and prioritize AI use cases across business operations.
• Design AI-powered workflows using GenAI tools and automation concepts.
• Build and iterate AI solutions using prompt engineering and enterprise AI tools.
• Create reusable prompt libraries, templates, and playbooks for scaling AI adoption.
• Translate business requirements into technical workflow and integration approaches.
• Manage and prioritize AI use case backlog from ideation to implementation.
• Train and enable team members to adopt and build AI-driven workflows.
• Define UAT test cases, acceptance criteria, and feedback loops for AI solutions.
• Measure and report AI adoption, efficiency gains, and process improvements.
• Present findings, demos, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate brainstorming and continuous improvement sessions.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, or workflow optimization.
• Strong experience in mapping complex cross-functional business processes.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar.
• Strong understanding of AI prompting and workflow creation without coding.
• Strong ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in sales operations or enterprise business transformation initiatives.
• Strong UX-centric thinking and user-first design mindset.
• Experience driving change management and tool adoption across teams.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
