Requirements Bachelor's degree required (degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred) Experience working with students who have learning disabilities, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, or other special education needs whether as a credentialed SPED teacher, paraprofessional, interventionist, or tutor Familiarity with IEPs, 504 plans, and common accommodations (extended time, chunked instruction, multi-sensory approaches, etc.) Ability to design and deliver lesson plans aligned to student goals and accommodations Strong virtual instruction skills comfort with video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and keeping students engaged online Ability to pass a background check Reliable computer, internet, webcam, and quiet workspace Preferred (not required): Active or previous teaching credential, especially in Special Education Experience with specific methodologies such as Orton-Gillingham, Wilson Reading, or structured literacy Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Benefits: Flexible schedule work when you want 100% remote Set your own hourly rate Consistent flow of students matched to your expertise Opportunity to make a real difference for students who need it most #J-18808-Ljbffr TrulyHired
