Job Title: Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist (Bilingual) Pay: $18.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time Location: Spring, TX 77380 (In-person) About Us We are a premier weight loss clinic and Med Spa dedicated to helping our patients achieve their health, wellness, and aesthetic goals. Your Role As a vital part of our team, you will bridge the gap between exceptional patient care and smooth clinic operations. You will support our healthcare providers, manage administrative workflows, and ensure our patients feel educated, comfortable, and supported. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Procedures: Monitor vital signs, prepare patients for examinations, explain procedures, and support Med Spa injectors. Clinical Skills: Perform routine blood draws, handle specimen collection/labeling, and assist with IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections. Equipment Management: Sterilize and meticulously maintain medical equipment to ensure a safe, contamination-free environment. Patient Engagement: Educate patients on medications, treatments, and preventative wellness measures. Front Office & Admin: Answer phones, engage with patients daily via our CRM system, manage scheduling, maintain medical records (ECW EMR), and handle basic billing. Light office cleaning and organization are also required. Requirements Experience & Certifications: Active Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy certifications required. Prior infusion experience is highly preferred. Language: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish. Software Skills: Experience with ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR and CRM systems. Professionalism: Must maintain a polished, professional appearance (no visible tattoos) and adhere strictly to our drug-free workplace policy. Schedule & Commute: Must be punctual, reliably commute to Spring, TX, and be available Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday shifts.
