Schedule: PTO, Monday through Friday, Hybrid We are looking for a Medical Directorfor our Healthcare Provider Services organization who brings a strong clinical background, particularly within the nursing home and skilled nursing facility (SNF) space. The candidate prides themselves on a positive attitude and dedication to providing top-notch service. Qualifications of the Medical Director: Medical degree (MBChB) with valid registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) Minimum 8–10 years’ clinical experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or management role Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical governance, and quality assurance standards Responsibilities of the Medical Director: Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to medical standards Develop, implement, and monitor clinical policies, protocols, and governance frameworks Lead and support medical staff performance, including recruitment, training, and continuous professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
