• Experience: Minimum 6 months in critical care preferred; clinical instruction experience a plus
• Pay: Hourly rate starting at $28.57 with scheduled increases; shift differentials apply

What You'll Do

• Perform routine Epic and bedside medication verification
• Work independently in critical care areas following clinical check-offs
• Administer all modes of respiratory therapy across hospital departments
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapy per protocols
• Mentor students and new staff members as part of a collaborative team
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need

Required:

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care
• Active Respiratory Therapist license in Kansas
• CRT/RRT credential from NBRC
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Basic computer literacy

Preferred:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Respiratory Care
• Additional education or work experience in respiratory therapy
• Experience in clinical instruction or critical care setting
