Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Our BCBAs are responsible for the clinical oversight and outcomes of a defined caseload, ensuring high-quality, ethical, and data-driven ABA services. This role owns the full clinical lifecycle—from assessment through treatment implementation, staff supervision, and client progress. This position is hands-on and clinic-based, requiring consistent in-person presence to support staff, model clinical skills, and maintain treatment fidelity.
