It's time to look at Taylor.Your OpportunityTaylor Corporation is seeking a Fastlane Production Team Lead to help coordinate and oversee our 2nd shift production team in North Mankato, MN!Work Authorization: To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and direction the production floor personnelCoordinate daily production floor activities and delegate assignments to production personnelHandle scheduling, oversee floor operations, monitor performance, verifying product quality, track metricsLead, train, and coach employees to ensure requirements are metCommunicate during meetings, updates, and shift changesContinuously evaluate and modify the workflow for increased throughput and productivityWilling to learn all equipment to understand how to assist operators on the floor and run a machine if neededEnsure that all goals and deadlines are metComplete all paperwork necessary to follow along with the jobEnsure a safe workplace for all employeesYour Shift2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00pm - 10:30pmOvertime required during busy seasonYou Must HaveIntermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Office SuiteTeam player and self-motivatedHighly detailed oriented and quality focus drivenProblem-solving skillsAble to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of job ticketWe Would Also PreferPrevious leadership experienceProduction experienceThe anticipated hourly range for this position is $19 – 22. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
