Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 14 weeks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Current license by the state Board of Nursing
• BLS certification required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses.
• Continuously monitor vital signs and document all patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families about managing conditions and prepare them for discharge.
• Recognize and respond to emergencies, providing immediate care and coordinating with the emergency response team as needed.

• Local bill rate: $80
• Travel bill rate: $90 (must reside 50+ miles from the facility)
• Potential exposure to infectious diseases; adherence to safety protocols and use of PPE required.
