CNA - Transitional Care Unit: Patient-Centered Support

Advocate Health

Advocate Health in High Point, NC is seeking a Nursing Assistant I to provide basic patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and document observations to support safe, high-quality care.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, completion of an approved Nurse Aide I program, and Nurse Aide I Registry status. BLS certification is required to ensure readiness for patient care tasks.
