Staff Accountant

Job Description Based in Sugar Land, Texas, PG Golf LLC is the world’s largest recycled golf ball company and leading golf course supplier. We are seeking a professional and experienced Staff accountant . This is an on-site position. Only local candidates will be considered.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform a variety of accounting tasks across A/R, A/P and Inventory Control as part of daily bookkeeping activities. Support AR collections, including customer follow-up and account monitoring. Prepare account reconciliations and assist with detailed financial statement analysis. Organize, maintain, and update company file and accounting records. Complete assigned month-end close responsibilities. Assist with special projects and provide support to the management team as needed. Other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS
College degree in accounting or related field Minimum of 1 year of working experience performing similar accounting duties High-level proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUPs, and array formulas Experience with Power Query or Power BI is a plus Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Highly organized and self-motivated Team player with positive, collaborative attitudeBENEFITS
