This full-time role, based in Tampa, Florida, allows you the flexibility of remote work while engaging with clients in our community health clinic setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing significant mental illness or severe emotional distress, providing both in-office and community support.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans to facilitate access to services and resource sharing among clients, family members, and healthcare providers.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing evidence-based screening tools to identify client needs and arrange for further evaluations as necessary.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, addressing diverse mental health issues tailored to suit each client’s unique circumstances.

• Ensure compliance with organization and funding agency guidelines, maintaining adherence to ethical standards and best practices in social work.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to collaboratively align treatment objectives that empower clients towards recovery.

• Assist in crisis intervention and provide immediate support when required, ensuring client safety and well-being at all times.

• Maintain accurate client documentation and timely report generation to meet internal and external requirements.

• Support workshops and community outreach initiatives aimed at reducing stigma and increasing awareness of mental health resources.

Your work will primarily focus on serving individuals from underserved communities in Tampa and surrounding areas. These clients may include those facing socioeconomic challenges, cultural barriers, and limited access to mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, with active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n
