Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Optimum Care Center, your core responsibilities will involve:

• Collaborating closely with the treatment team, ensuring a coordinated approach to effective patient care.

• Engaging in case management, providing ongoing support and education to clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources.

• Staying current on the latest developments in mental health research and integrating new findings into your clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse group of patients, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
