LifeWorks is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead culinary operations at one of our premier locations. This role oversees all kitchen operations, from menu development and food quality to team leadership and execution, ensuring every dish meets our high standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in large-scale, high-volume environments, capable of balancing creativity, operational excellence, and multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $85,000.00 to $95,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
• Trains and leads kitchen personnel
• Supervises/coordinates all related culinary activities
• Estimates food consumption and requisition or purchase food
• Selects and develops recipes and standardize production recipes to ensure consistent quality
• Establishes presentation technique and quality standards, and plans and prices menus
• Ensures proper equipment operation/maintenance and ensures proper safety and sanitation in the kitchen
• Oversees special catering events and may also offer culinary instruction and/or demonstrate culinary techniques

Qualifications
• Requires at least 2-3 years in a related position
• Requires at least 2-3 years of post-high school education, preferably a culinary degree
• Requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession
• Requires experiential knowledge of management of people and/or problems.
• Requires verbal, reading, and written communication skills
