Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

RPh on the Go is seeking an experienced Sterile Compounding Pharmacist for an exciting 13-week temp-to-hire opportunity with a rapidly growing compounding pharmacy in Stafford, Texas. Assignment Details

• Duration: 13-week contract with strong potential for permanent hire
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Shift: Days
• Overtime: Frequent overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Prepare customized sterile medications in accordance with physician prescriptions and compounding standards
• Ensure compliance with USP guidelines and pharmacy quality standards
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, ingredients, and inventory
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians and support staff to ensure efficient workflow
• Communicate professionally with healthcare providers, patients, and team members
• Stay current on sterile compounding practices and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas Pharmacist License
• Minimum 1 year of sterile compounding experience
• Strong understanding of sterile compounding techniques and USP standards
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
