Receptionist Position at Sexton Ford Sales, Inc
Join Sexton Ford Sales, Inc as a receptionist where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming mail and deliveries
- Support administrative tasks as needed
- Must work Saturdays
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
