Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, delivering, and tracking training programs for employees within the bindery department. This position ensures employees are properly trained on equipment operation, production processes, quality standards, safety procedures, GMP requirements, and company policies. The coordinator works closely with supervisors and department leadership to identify training needs, maintain accurate training records, and support employee development and cross-training initiatives. The position also supports continuous improvement efforts by identifying training opportunities, standardizing processes and work practices, and helping implement initiatives that improve productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, and overall bindery performance.

At least two (2) years of training experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

Bachelor's Degree.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal, required.

• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing, interpreting, and maintaining policies, procedures, and SOPs.
• Experience with a variety of training platforms, methods, and multimedia tools.
• Ability to evaluate training needs and research appropriate training options and alternatives.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement effective training and development programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work effectively in stressful, fast-paced, and time-sensitive situations.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
