Work Environment\n

This remote position offers an ideal balance of flexibility and stability, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while remaining an integral part of a supportive team. Scheduled from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have some flexibility in your hours based on the needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients, determining their unique needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and supportive psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that tackle common mental health concerns while promoting a community of understanding and support.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective support for patients in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
