Oncology Data Coordinator

To support the Tyler location, the remote Oncology Data Coordinator will manage the collection, coordination, and quality control of clinical trial data while ensuring compliance with research protocols and regulations during typical hours of Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Key responsibilities Extrapolate data from source records into case report forms and ensure timely data submission while resolving queries and communicating concerns to clinical staff Utilize the clinical trial management system to maintain research records and ensure compliance with confidentiality agreements and regulations Participate in sponsor monitoring and auditing visits, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with USOR and sponsor requirements Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree strongly desired; Bachelor's Degree preferred 0-3 years of work experience for Level 1; minimum of 3 years medical office experience and as a Data Coordinator for Level 2 SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred for Level 2 candidates Medical terminology knowledge required for Senior level candidates with a minimum of 7 years as a Data Coordinator Experience in Microsoft Office and computer data entry, with high computer literacy required
