Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts | 18:30–07:00 | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across all acuity types, including ICU and PCU patients, within a mixed-acuity unit setting
• Maintain appropriate patient ratios while delivering high-quality, compassionate care
• Participate in weekend rotation and every-other-holiday scheduling as required
• Perform standby call as needed based on unit demands
• Float to other units as needed per facility requirements
• Complete and pass a telemetry exam prior to assignment start with strict passing criteria

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required – American Heart Association (AHA) only
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Med/Surg and PCU required
• Inpatient RN travelers must have two years of acute care experience within the last 3 years in the specialty being submitted to
• First-time travelers must have more than 5 years of experience as an RN
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for ICU and PCU patients in a mixed-acuity environment
• Strong telemetry interpretation skills, including identification of lethal rhythms and heart blocks
• Flexibility to consider a 48-hour contract with increased weekend availability
