Subway Manager

The Subway Manager position requires an energetic leader who displays operational excellence in every area, as well as hires, trains and schedules employees.


Description

• Directs Overall restaurant management

• Directs staff in food safety, food preparation and cleanliness standards

• Responsible for inventory and money control systems

• Creates and posts staff work schedules

• Motivate and correct staff performance

• Communicates changes in food preparations standards to staff as needed

Requirements

• Must be able to work in all areas of the restaurant and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register

• Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday

• Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.

Restaurant experience and supervising and training experience preferred. Open availability required.
