External SEC Reporting Analyst | Chester County, PA I up to 130k plus bonus A growing public company is seeking an External SEC Reporting Analyst to join its corporate finance team. This is a high-visibility role within a lean corporate office, offering direct exposure to executive leadership. Why Consider This Opportunity? Direct interaction with executive leadership and business partners Opportunity to help build and enhance reporting processes as the company grows Collaborative environment working alongside FP&A, Cost Accounting, and Corporate Finance teams Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and other SEC filings Research and document technical accounting matters under U.S. GAAP Oversee financial statements, footnotes, and supporting disclosures Support month-end and quarter-end close activities Partner with auditors, operations, and finance teams Mentor junior staff and strengthen internal controls Qualifications: 4+ years of public accounting and/or corporate reporting experience Strong U.S. GAAP and financial reporting knowledge #J-18808-Ljbffr
