Monday-Saturday Afternoon Hours

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable caregiver to assist a male client in Greensburg for afternoon shifts, Monday through Saturday .


The client uses a walker and has poor balance, so the caregiver will provide assistance with mobility and help maintain a safe environment. He also experiences occasional confusion, requiring someone who is very patient, attentive, and comfortable providing companionship and reassurance.


His wife is involved in his care and supervises and provides cues during his personal care routine. The caregiver will assist with his needs while working alongside his wife to ensure he receives safe and appropriate support.

Qualifications:

• At least 3-6 months of professional or personal experience in home care, caregiving, or related field (Required)
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation (Required)
• Must be at least 18 years old (Required)
• Negative results of either a 2-Step TB Test or TB Quantiferon Gold Blood Test
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing/grooming, toileting/incontinence care, bathing, and mobility support
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Offer transportation and accompany clients to appointments, outings, or social events
• Monitor clients' overall well-being and report any concerns
• Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor at all times
