ADP- Assembly Supervisor - L3

Job Title

Standard Job Description Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites. Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

This position is in Marietta, GA Discover Marietta. This position is for second shift Monday-Thursday.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or aircraft maintenance, modification, repair, and/or overhaul operations.
• Experience in leading a team to meet critical schedules and resolve complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues.
• Ability to obtain required Security Clearances for projects.

Desired Skills:

• Follows and completes Leader Standard Work daily.
• Experience in Digital Environment (CATIA V5, 3Dex, Apriso).
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and application experience.
• Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.
• Demonstrated use of COA principles and tools.
• Experience with Determinant Assemblies (FSDA/MTDA) and/or First Article builds.
• Able and willing to work other than first shift.

Pay Information:
