Litigation Associate

Job Overview A law firm seeks a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney in North Carolina to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent research skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a detail-oriented attorney. Duties Conduct legal research to support litigation. Provide legal advice to clients with consumer debt. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and opposing counsel. Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate and support staff to achieve case goals. Requirements Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Significant experience in litigation. Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and agreements. Strong analytical skills. Experience with law office software and tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Licensed to practice law in North Carolina. Skills Ability to negotiate effectively. Familiarity with law office software and tools.
