Data Entry Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Data Entry Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support daily business operations through accurate data management, record maintenance, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and capable of handling sensitive information with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information within company databases and systems
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy, resolving discrepancies as needed
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and various administrative documents
• Organize and maintain confidential records and documentation
• Provide administrative support to managers and team members across multiple functions
• Assist with reporting, filing, document management, and other office-related tasks
• Ensure adherence to established company policies, procedures, and record-keeping standards
• Support special projects and additional duties as assigned
• High School diploma/GED or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
• 1-3 years of administrative, clerical, or data entry experience
• Experience working with databases, ERP systems, or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms preferred
• Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

• Experience supporting accounting, procurement, or finance-related processes
• Familiarity with enterprise software systems
