Our organization in Syracuse, New York, is excited to introduce the launch of a new hospital-based Orthopedic Surgery Program. We are currently in search of a fellowship-trained, board-certified or board-eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Sports Medicine Surgery to join our expanding team. This is a remarkable opportunity to become a foundational member of a newly formed orthopedic group, allowing you to influence the program from the ground up!

• Support from a Surgical Physician Assistant to enhance efficiency and patient care

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Completion of a fellowship in Sports Surgery
• We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible orthopedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine, particularly in hip arthroscopy.
• Possession of a New York State medical license or eligibility

Recruitment Package:

• Compensation: Base salary ranging from $630,000 to $760,000
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, and other potential cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in compliance with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Starting Bonus: $50,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000
