Job Title: 1st shift Production Operator

Schedule/Shift/Days:

Monday-Friday: 5:45 A.M-2:30 P.M , Some Saturdays , Overtime Opportunities may include working 10 hour shift some days.

Client Overview: A leading manufacturer in the transportation safety industry, this High Point-based facility specializes in producing school bus seating and child passenger safety solutions. The organization focuses on innovative manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety-focused products that help protect passengers while supporting school transportation systems nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

Take initiative and work proactively throughout daily tasks.
Read and follow shop orders, production schedules, and written or verbal instructions.
Identify and separate defective or nonconforming parts.
Report equipment issues to maintenance and notify supervisor of concerns.
Maintain positive working relationships and contribute to a healthy team environment.
Follow all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain punctual and reliable attendance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

PPE

Safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves provided.
Steel-toed shoes required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, kneel, or crouch as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
