Evaluating, assessing, developing, and implementing personalized speech and language treatment plans for patients with communication challenges. Qualifications and Skills: Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations. Completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification, obtained within 30 days if not already held. Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable. Key Qualities: Empathy, strong communication skills, and dedication to patient care. Ability to modify treatment plans based on patient needs. Comfort with documentation and progress tracking.
