Description

• Deliver targeted speech therapy interventions with a focus on language, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, and physicians to design comprehensive care strategies.
• Provide essential education to patients and families, empowering them to continue progress between therapy sessions.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless treatment journey for each individual.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), pending ASHA certification if applicable.

Certifications

• State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist .
• Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
