Bonuses & Growth Opportunities – your work is valued, and your goals matter Amazing Benefits – health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, life & disability insurance, company‑provided professional liability insurance Clinician‑Run Company – you’ll be supported by people who get the work you do Occupational Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate children from birth to age 21 for fine motor development, visual‑motor development, sensory processing and modulation differences, executive functioning skills, and more Determine impact on activities of daily living, rest and sleep, education, play, leisure, and social participation Work closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain professional/technical competencies and uphold federal/state licensure and ethical expectations Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities Prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech language, social communication, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders in children Evaluate and treat children from birth to age 21 for speech, language, oral motor, feeding, voice, fluency, articulation, or social communication disorders Work closely with patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans Accurately document treatment sessions and progress or evaluation reports in detail Maintain professional/technical competencies and uphold federal/state licensure and ethical expectations Physical Therapist Responsibilities Examine and evaluate children from birth to age 21 with congenital and orthopedic conditions to improve mobility through skilled gross motor interventions, including gait training, equipment and orthotic management, neuromuscular re‑education, and therapeutic exercises Work closely with patient caregivers and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Maintain professional/technical competencies and uphold federal/state licensure and ethical expectations Requirements Our Ideal SLP Candidate Has Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology and an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining license) Our Ideal OT Candidate Has Master’s degree in occupational therapy and an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining license) Our Ideal PT Candidate Has Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy and an applicable, current, unrestricted license to practice (or in the process of obtaining license) All Candidates An individual who thrives on being part of a team, working alongside other disciplines, as needed New grads are welcome to apply Associates in Pediatric Therapy is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
