Job Description Atlantic Health is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist for the Atlantic Visiting Nurse Department to work 8 am–4 pm in Essex County. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes as part of a collaborative team of health providers. Essential Functions / Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in their homes. Minimum Education High School Diploma or GED – required. Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy – required. Master or Doctorate in Physical Therapy – preferred. Minimum Experience 1 year of experience in home‑care, strongly preferred. License / Certification NJ License in Physical Therapy – required. BLS – preferred.
