Mechanical Project ManagerLocation: Orlando, FLSalary: $90,000 - $140,000 (Based on Experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical and MEP projects from pre-construction through closeout. The successful candidate will manage project scope, schedules, budgets, estimating and coordination of mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and related trades for industrial, manufacturing, and ground-up construction projects. Key ResponsibilitiesLead mechanical/MEP projects from pre-construction through closeout, meeting scope, schedule, budget and quality goalsDevelop and maintain schedules; monitor progress and implement recovery plans as neededManage mechanical estimates, budgets, change orders and cost controlCoordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issuesOversee procurement, submittals and equipment selection for HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systemsEnsure compliance with contracts, codes, standards and safety policiesConduct site visits, inspections and progress meetings to verify qualitySupervise and mentor project engineers, field supervisors and subcontractorsIdentify and mitigate project risks proactivelyPrepare project reports, forecasts and executive summariesQualificationsBachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience5+ years mechanical project management HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems and MEP coordination experience on industrial/ground-up projectsStrong estimating, budgeting, bid prep and change order managementKnowledge of construction contracts, scope development and project controlsExperience coordinating electrical and other trades on multi-discipline projectsStrong communication, leadership and client-facing skillsProficiency with MS Project, Primavera, Procore, Bluebeam, Excel; BIM/REVIT a plusCandidates who answer the skills and questions will be the first applicants reviewed!BenefitsFull Benefits Included
