Mental Health Clinician - Addiction Services

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Mental Health Clinician for an outpatient facility in Newark, NJ. This role will be a part of their addiction services team providing treatment to adults aged 18+. The clinician will conduct a mixture of individual, group, and family sessions, and perform biopsychosocial assessments. Groups will include both IOP and OP sessions depending on client needs and caseload. The incumbent will manage a maximum of 35 clients per week, receive 1 hour of weekly supervision, and attend 2 hours of treatment team meetings per week. They must be willing to obtain LCADC certification during this time, earning hours through the program and being paid for the certification. They must also obtain a gambling certification, completed during work hours through the program’s CEU offerings. The facility is community‑based, so the clinician must be comfortable working with a wide variety of populations and diagnoses.
