Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule, considering capacity constraints and material availability.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure alignment on production plans and customer delivery dates.
• Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacities to optimize scheduling and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, working with relevant departments to mitigate impacts on production and delivery.
• Monitor production performance against the schedule, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems and other scheduling tools to create, manage, and communicate the master schedule effectively.
• Generate reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheduling accuracy, on-time delivery, and production efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365) and advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification preferred.
