What You Will Do Lead full‑cycle technical recruiting for the engineering team, from sourcing and interviewing to closing candidates in a highly competitive market. Build and implement foundational recruiting systems, processes, and tools to support rapid scaling and a premium candidate experience. Collaborate with founders on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and initial people operations initiatives to define Casa's early‑stage culture. The ideal candidate Proven track record as a Senior Recruiter who has successfully scaled engineering teams at high‑growth, early‑stage startups. Experience operating as a "first recruiter" or sole IC, comfortable building processes where none exist and working in‑office 5 days a week.
