What You Will Do Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilize Figma, Notion, and Airtable to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance team collaboration. Source and engage top talent through creative outreach and networking strategies. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and alignment with company culture. Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and drive better hiring outcomes. Foster strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Ideal Candidate Background 3–10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a technology or startup environment. Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, particularly in fast-paced settings. Proficient in using Figma, Notion, and Airtable for recruitment and project management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse candidates. Preferred Experience working in a venture-backed startup or rapidly growing company. Familiarity with AI and data-driven technologies. Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this role ranges from $150K to $210K, complemented by competitive equity options.
