This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that is committed to building a strong go-to-market presence and achieving leadership in its industry.What You Will DoDesign and execute high-impact hiring initiatives for go-to-market roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations.Partner closely with founders and GTM leadership to define ideal candidate profiles and prioritize hiring needs effectively.Drive outbound sourcing efforts to build robust top-of-funnel pipelines through diverse channels.Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.Help build out and scale recruiting systems, processes, and tools in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.Ideal Candidate Background5-8 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on go-to-market roles.Proven track record of scaling teams in a high-growth environment.Experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.Strong ability to collaborate with leadership to align on hiring goals and candidate profiles.PreferredExperience in the technology or AI industry, particularly in recruiting for sales and marketing roles.Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and platforms to enhance sourcing and candidate engagement.Compensation and BenefitsThe base salary for this role ranges from $120K to $200K, commensurate with experience.
