About The Role We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives that shape the future of our clients’ success. As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of large-scale, strategic projects, guiding cross-functional teams, influencing executive stakeholders, and ensuring flawless execution. What You’ll Do Lead multiple mid-size to complex projects and programs from concept to completion. Partner with account managers, schedulers, and technicians to align schedules and priorities. Schedule field technicians for assigned jobs and communicate all relevant project details, such as job site location, tasks to be performed, required materials, and timelines, to ensure successful project execution. Represent Velociti with senior-level clients, ensuring expectations are clear and outcomes exceed standards. Oversee strategic initiatives and implement governance frameworks. Drive risk management, budgets, documentation, and communication with precision. Build and inspire high-performing project teams to deliver results on time and within budget. Who You Are Required Qualifications Experience in project coordination, project management or related experience with complex, strategic projects. Proven ability to lead collaborative cross-functional teams and manage client relationships. Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related PMP, PgMP, or similar certification. Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM software. Why Velociti?
